PUTNAM COUNTY CLERK MICHAEL C. BARTOLOTTI SWEARS IN 31 NEW CITIZENS AT NATURALIZATION CEREMONY ON WEDNEDAY, DECEMBER 7, 2022
Putnam County Clerk Michael C. Bartolotti hosted a Naturalization Ceremony on Wednesday, December 7, 2022, at 11 a.m. at Bureau of Emergency Services. Clerk Bartolotti administered the Oath of Allegiance to 31 new citizens from 21 countries.
The Honorable Victor Grossman served as the officiating Putnam County Judge and offered court remarks. American Legion Post 1080 advanced the colors, and Putnam County District Attorney Bob Tendy performed the Star-Spangled Banner and led the prayer. Karl Rohde, Director of Veterans Services of Putnam County led everyone in the Pledge of Allegiance. Assemblyman Elect Matt Slater did the welcoming remarks and Dave Gray who is a heart recipient was the guest speaker.
